  I ordered a sofa online which was on Sale at that time. However, I was contacted next week and informed that the reduced price was a website error. I was also mentioned the corrected price and for this issue I was offered a discount of $25. The original price of the sectional was $879.99, so a discount of $25 was like saying “go to hell” to me.

  I do understand that anyone can make mistakes, and I really liked the sofa. So I replied back that with a counter offer. Since the mistake was from their end, I expected a better deal from them. But their reply was a single line answer, “We are not able to provide you the discount you are asking for so we will be cancelling your order”.

  Got a bunch of really nice furniture from this company (my hubby, Dave Stone, did all the work. :) ) The company was good to deal with, and fixed a scheduling problem promptly. We are very happy with the look and quality of the pieces we purchased (mostly Modloft items). Thanks WFB!
