  I made an appointment and I told them I was coming from Vancouver (over the toll bridge) to sign the contract and 15 minutes before the appointment I get a text message. Not even a real phone call. A text message saying that they had rented the unit already. If you liked being disrespected then I wholeheartedly recommend that you place your faith in this company.

  Don't go here! You may get roped into paying for one of their doors that like to just open by themselves. (Which isn't good if your keeping your stuff here).

  It has been a pleasure to store my stuff here. Security has been my major concern but everything was safe and secure.

  The manager tried to make an icbc claim against us claiming it was our fault. I managed to call icbc in time as we had 3 witnesses who saw the whole thing and his claim got denied!! Hahah nice try. Just shady business.

  My wife rented a storage spot from this company for September 1, 2016. We moved our stuff in. In late September my wife went to the office and advised them that we would be vacating the site at the end of October. We had all of our stuff out before November 1. I noted on our Visa bill that we had been charged for November. When my wife returned to the storage sight to find out why we had been charged for November, the person said "you did not give 1 month notice" An absolute lie!!! my wife insisted that we be reimbursed for the charge of November. Finally the person behind the counter said ok. Well here it is the end of November and still not reimbursed. I guess it is ok to rip of a old age Pensioner who needs every cent he can get for Cancer Medication, or anyone else for that matter. Shame on you!

  Very accommodating staff. Jack runs a clean quick service. Always willing to lend a hand. They are also a uhaul dealer

  Watch out for this place. My moving company was doing a job for a client of mine here and one of their doors randomly flew open and hit our moving truck ( totally not our fault) and the door broke.

  I had the choice to make a claim against the company for the damage on my truck but decided to be a good guy like he should have and not go through with it. Maybe it will be a learning experience for him to not make false icbc claims again.
