  Update: Manager got back to me after seeing this review, he said he would send us some vouchers. 6 or so weeks later we hadn't received anything, so I emailed him and oops, nobody had sent us anything. A few days later we got them in the mall. When we went back to use them the service was good and the food also was much better. They even gave me extra mashed potatoes for my baby to eat.

  Terrible service. They had actually run out of bacon. We ordered gravy with our fries and when the burger and fries came no gravy. No big deal, we ask the server to bring it. That's the last time we see the server. Guess she forgot. Wife and I both left our fries uneaten as we had been waiting for the gravy and they ended up cold. Nobody asked us if we wanted another drink. The one thing they didn't forget was the gravy on the bill which of course we asked them to remove (for obvious reasons).

  I tend to rate places based on my expectations and Mr. Mikes is a casual place with a decent variety. If I was rating them on their steaks alone I wouldn’t say it’s near the top of any steakhouse, but I think they make up for it in friendly service and reasonable prices. It’s a quiet place to eat on the restaurant side so I don’t have to compete with loud music and bad acoustics to hear my dinner date. I once had a bad experience with an order and the service apologized, took it off my bill and gave me a voucher for another day to try them again. So I did and it was much better. Everyone can have an off day, but they handled it.

  I ordered the chicken tenders and fries and got barely any fries. 6 pieces of chicken (more than i can eat) and both were good but hardly any fries at all. Same with my boyfriend he ordered steak dip which comes with fries and barely got any fries either. Also his steak dip sandwich was pathetically small and didn't have much meat on it. It was more onion shreds than meat. The food tastes good but there wasn't nearly enough to make it worth all that money. I've been to many different Mr Mikes and I have never been disappointed until now. I was so tempted to just leave without paying.

  Won't be back which is a shame as I have always loved Mr. Mike Burgers.

  Went for date night. The initial service from the lounge waitresses was fantastic. We were seated and promptly given menus. Ordered a few drinks and an appetizer (the fresh bruschetta) 10/10 would recommend. Had to ask for plates and napkins to begin eating messy appetizer. Once finished we took a break and ordered our meals. The nights special. Steak dinner. Waited 2 hours while listening to the couple in the neighboring booth complain about how absolutely upset they were with the food. The manager came over and apologized to the couple and reassured them their next visit would be much different. After eating our dinner that took 2 hours to get surrounded by negative experiences the manager came over apologized and gave us 2 gift cards for our next visit and comped half our dinner including free drinks and free appetizer. I honestly feel bad because the meal was honestly really good and we have been there a few times with fantastic experiences. Will be returning. It deserves a second chance for a bad night of kitchen staff.9

  On our last visit here the food quality was very poor. I emailed the restaurant and never heard back. Not very good customer service.
